The location is fantastic, right across from the train station! The bed was comfortable, and the room met all my needs while being clean and warm. Great experience for a quick visit!

Sadly, the reception staff lacked friendliness and hospitality. I felt unwelcome , which took away from the whole experience.

Where to begin? My room was so tiny, it reminded me of a suitcase with a window. Plus, no one helped with my sweltering discomfort or the late-night sirens. I thought a complimentary upgrade was in order at least, but clearly, I was mistaken. I almost left a good review, but I just couldn't.

The room had a tv, private bathroom, shower, and free toiletries. Heating was good, and the view from the room was nice. Loved the extras like the alarm clock and the carpeted floors. The spa facilities were an unexpected treat!
